This course can be delivered over 6 over 6 full day's which combine to develop the skills of the attendees.

The course is suitable for any one who has to pass on information to other colleagues, be it in the form of presentation or training others.

The course will raise their awareness of the skills required in training, the ways that people learn and also give them an opportunity to develop and present in front of a group providing a safe environment to practice the skills and become confident about training and presenting.

COUNSELLING SKILLS FOR BUSINESS

The Counselling skills course is designed for use in business. Many of the skills can be used by Managers, Supervisors, HR, volunteers

The skills used in counseling, once learnt, can enhance any individuals ability to communicate effectively in situations such as:
